Vendor Service Agreement

1. LIABILITY: You agree that you are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of products. Zolarux acts only as an escrow agent.

2. DROPSHIPPING: If you use third-party suppliers, you remain 100% liable to the buyer. Zolarux will debit your account for any supplier errors.

3. ESCROW RELEASE: Funds are released ONLY after the buyer confirms receipt or 24 hours after proof of delivery.

4. REFUNDS: You authorize Zolarux to issue refunds to buyers from your escrow balance if a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor.

5. FEES: You acknowledge that while vendor registration is free, buyers pay a 5% escrow fee.

6. TERMINATION: Submitting fake documents results in an immediate ban and blacklist.
