Buyers must not misuse refund or protection systems for fraudulent claims.
All vendor applications undergo manual or semi-automated verification.
Zolarux reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any vendor that fails to meet verification standards or violates these Terms.

Zolarux facilitates fair and transparent dispute resolution between vendors and buyers. However, we are not a party to transactions and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses unless proven negligent.
