Welcome to Zolarux. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Vendor", or "Buyer") and Zolarux Limited regarding your use of our website and escrow services.
By registering, selling, or buying on Zolarux, you agree that we act as a neutral third-party escrow agent. We hold funds to ensure transaction security but do not take ownership of goods.
Funds Holding: All payments are held in Zolarux's corporate account until the Buyer confirms delivery satisfaction or the inspection period (24 hours) expires.
Service Fees (Buyer): Buyers pay a 5% service fee on the transaction amount. This fee is capped at a maximum of ₦3,000 per transaction.
Service Fees (Vendor): Vendors pay ₦0 (Zero Fees). Vendors receive the full agreed item price.
Payout Triggers: Funds are released to the Vendor strictly when: (a) Buyer confirms receipt, OR (b) 24 hours pass after proof of delivery without a dispute.
In the event of a disagreement, Zolarux acts as the final arbitrator.
1. Evidence: Both parties must submit chat logs, photos, and waybills.
2. Decision: Zolarux's decision is final and binding based on the evidence provided.
3. Refund: If the vendor is at fault, Zolarux will refund the buyer directly from the escrow account.
Buyers agree to pay a 5% Escrow Fee on top of the product price. This fee is capped at ₦3,000.
Vendors are not charged for transactions. Zolarux reserves the right to modify fee structures with 30 days' notice.
