Being a Zolarux vendor comes with responsibilities. These are non-negotiable. Violations result in trust score reduction, suspension, or permanent removal.

You Must

Always deliver exactly what you listed

Submit date-stamped evidence before every shipment

Respond to Zolarux coordination messages within 2 hours during business hours

Honor your stated return policy for defective items

You Must Never

Never attempt to contact buyers directly to move payment off-platform

Never send a different item from what was verified pre-shipment

Never provide false documentation during verification

Never ask buyers to pay into a personal account instead of Zolarux

Vendors who attempt to move transactions off-platform or submit false verification documents are immediately suspended, publicly flagged in our database, and reported to relevant authorities.
