We do not allow direct payments between buyers and vendors. If money moves outside Zolarux, our protection ends. This ensures we always have the leverage to refund you.

Video Verification is Mandatory

We don't trust product photos—they can be stolen from Google. We require vendors to send video proof with a specific timestamp before we authorize shipping.

Zero Tolerance for Fakes

If a vendor ships a fake item, they are immediately suspended, and their escrowed funds are used to refund the buyer.
